 It's a Relay Computer, not all computers are built to run Windows...
"I've come a long, long way," she said, "and I will go as far,
With the man who takes me from my horse, and leads me to a bar."
The man who took her off her steed, and stood her to a beer,
Were a bleary-eyed Surveyor and a DRUNKEN ENGINEER.

I was being a smarty with that "Vista capable" remark. After all, the Microsoft memos talked about how Vista would run on almost anything so Intel would not be ticked off about their 915 chip. ...?

How the heck does he sleep with it right next to his bed. If he is downloading stuff to it all night those relays would be unbearable to try and sleep with them clicking.
