I'm running the following software:

Office 2007
Adobe Creative Suite CS3
Visual Studio 2005
SQL Server Developer's Edition
Quickbooks 2007

My only issue is Outlook 2007 is very slow sometimes. Btw, I am running XP, but if you run Vista you MUST have the latests Quickbooks, the older versions do not work.

Thanks for the reply, my x300 is scheduled to ship with vista business. I have qb 2007. Does the x300 run QB fairly quickly?

But I've never had a problem with quickbooks performance - I have a small business - your mileage may differ.

It seems faster than my old X40.

I will be using my x300 also for my small business. These are the main functions.

Retail Point Of Sale Software (for cellular store)
Quickbooks 2007
Office 2007
Outlook 2007
Internet

I sure hope that it runs all my apps without any issues. Any feedback from members about their x300 performance would be appreciated.

Thanks
