Go to the Lenovo support site and take a look. If they support that model, drivers and other features will be specifically listed for downloading to install on a Vista machine.

Given the limited RAM, Win2K is the best for a A20p. I run Win2K on my A22p.

Nope, according to lenovo A20p isn't Vista Capable nor they're supporting it in terms of system software (drivers) however compatibility wise it's possible that you would be able to install Vista on it and find 3rd party drivers online but very likely due to insufficient hardware requirements (for e.g. the maximum memory A20p can have is only 512MB) the machine in question will run applications slow as a snail.

If I were you, I would install linux on such a machine or go with Windows 98 or 2000 NT.
