this MC5720 card came out of my girlfriend's T60p.   the FRU number is 41W1177 so please check your system's compatibility before purchasing.   it should work with most X60 and T60 series machines and probably a few others as well.   service on the card has been deactivated and can be reactivated through verizon and possibly even sprint (but you'll need to confirm that).
