eksternal wireless mouse
eksternal wireless mouse
for my T40 i have a little wired USB mouse, because the build in mouse is bad, when I work for a long time.
But is it possible to get any wireless mouse where the connection part is built into the T40 or as a pcmcia card.
I know I can get a USB thing, but i like everything built in, so i have no loose things to remember.

I'm danish. Sorry for my sometimes bad english spelling and understanding.

The receiver of this USB wireless mouse is very, it will only stick out a little bit.

yahh..that's okay. very little...
next question... the mouse is running on batteries.
can i get one that can be charged by the USB port, if the battery should ran out or by solar cells....
I know...can't get everything
But the problem is that i have the mouse in my bag. There can go some times between using.
So if battery is empty, it's not useable...
there is also BT. sorry danish page.

The batteries in my VX Nano holds up pretty well, but you could always keep a new set of AAA batteries in your laptop bag. The tiny receiver can be stored inside the mouse, when you do that it also turns it off so you won't be wasting battery. Or, you could just press the power button on the bottom of the mouse before you store it
If your T40 has bluetooth build in it would probably be nicer to go for the V470 or another BT mouse. Having a BT dongle or pcmcia card though, will probably be more annoying than the receiver that comes with the VX Nano.

IBM 560x (quite dead) | T23 (working after a bit of soldering) | T40p (working after putting some preasure on the gpu)
I bought that mouse for my girlsfriend Macbook. It's slightly smaller than a normal one: around 8-9cm. And batteries seem to last forever.koden wrote:yes... the V470 must be the one...
I can't see how big it is...I hope just it's not a normal size.
Hope it could be similar the little thinkpad mouse i have.

Was trying to remember the name of the mouse that would suit your requests ... MoGo Mouse. Charges in your PC Card slot, uses Bluetooth (so no dongle). Not very ergonomic, but.... Cool looking, too.
