I'd be careful until Newegg posts some images of what they're selling.

Their description mentions "optional" pheriperals... so what exactly is being sold is unknown and may not match the photo you posted.

I already got mine. It is correct adapter. Everything in the pic above came with adapter.

The dual cable and other tips are sold separately.
