Tablet screen flashing and rotation

For my Tablet X61, everytime I start the windows, the desktop screen flashed one time. It looks weird.

And if I use Tablet and change screen layout once, i.e. change from portrait to landscape , the screen keep changing layout after I rotate the screen back to regular laptop position.

It seems to me that screen is not stable, either flashing and rotating.

Can anybody give me a hint? Thanks in advance.
