T23 restore = sluggish and large red frag bar when defrag

Hi,

I restored my T23 to factory settings using a R&R XP sp1 disk I bought here on the forum.

Restore completed with no errors, but the machine seems sluggish. I also noticed when I defrag (diskeeper light) A fragmented red bar takes up the whole bottom of the screen. It does not matter how many times I defrag it will not go away.

Any suggestions.....
