Lenovo Welcome startup script

My new X61 Tablet runs at startup what looks like a batch file from Lenovo.

It starts with c:\swtoools\Lenovowelcome>icacls.exe
... then proceeds to process a bunch of files including
Application logger.dll,
Createlink.exe,
Install.cmd,
Interop.IWshRuntimeLibrary.dll,
Lenovoregistration.exe...

and several more.

Is there any value to these things? Can I/Should I stop it from running?[/img]
