My Hard Drive is 7200 rpm with disk encryption? So how do I use this disk encrpytion? Can I set the password for my Hard Drive? And How do know if it is 7200 rpm?

Your Hitachi hard drive is definitely a 7200rpm version - As for Hitachi's Bulk Data Encryption only certain drives support it (HTS722020K9SA00 0A53070) - This link also answers some questions on Bulk Data Encryption.
