Replacing An X41 LCD Screen - How Difficult Is It?

Hi everyone!

I accidentally knocked my TP X41 off the table, onto the floor yesterday.

Now my TP's LCD screen is displaying a giant diagonal black "X" across the entire screen.

Obviously, I damaged the screen and it will have to be replaced.

It's still under warranty but I have no damage protection so it would cost big $$$ to do so via Lenovo.

How difficult would it be to replace this on my own? If I purchased a new screen via eBay?

Would "hate" (grin) to purchase a brand new TP and looking at that "X" is driving me nuts!!
