Access Connection crash when creating profile in XP

#1 Post by Reaperhk » Sun Apr 13, 2008 2:10 am

The access connection is crashed every time when I created a new profile manually.

The AccessConnections Main GUI is crashed. (The memory cannot read)

I still add a new profile by adding WIFI profile by find => Connected and then save. If I create it manually, then it will fail.

(So, I cannot create a new DSL profile or dial up profile)

How can I fix this problem ? I have tried to re-install Access Connections and I have also upgraded to the latest version.

Laptop: T40
Network card: Inter Pro/1000 (Wire) and 11a/b/g Wireless LAN Mini PCI adapter II
Access Connections version: 4.52
Windows XP Prof SP2

I'd suggest you download and install the Intel Wireless Manager from intel.com (just search for it there). It will probably be more successful than Lenovo's Access Manager.
