Has anyone used or is using an external USB soundcard? I am looking to get one, and want to know some people's experiences with them. I don't really do live recording, but I might someday, so maybe one or two input jacks would be useful. I am willing to spend up to $200 on it. I should be making this purchase within the next 6 months but there are so many choices. Where should I pay the most attention to?
Thanks,
Brian
Good External USB Soundcard??
Hi brian.
I purchased a m-audio transit usb soundcard for $68. It will arrive within the next few days hopefully:) This is a great playback card for 2 channel. If you wanted to do recording i think maybe the echo indigo DJ fits the bill and its under $200. But the echo is a pcmcia card if that helps....
Cheers.
