Access IBM

access ibm is freezing.... it dose open up but after it open it don't do anything even though if we click on any tab for (EG) Learn,Configure,Protect & Recover,Get Help & Support,Stay Current... this all the tab is not doing anything i think access ibm is corrupted. can some one help me download this from ther website i was using version 4.51a thanks ..

Uninstall the Flash plugins in the Add-Remove Programs control panel.
The problem lies with the Flash versions.
