Where was your failed T4X/T4Xp GPU motherboard made in?

We know from previous polls and threads that "short fan" T4X models have higher GPU failure rates than "long fan" models. Thus T4Xp models, standard with "long fans," seem to have lower rates of GPU failure.

Nonetheless the number of T4Xp models sold are dwarfed by the number of standard T4X models sold. This is (sample size aside) the greatest confounding factor to a previous poll correlating failures to GPU R7500/R9000/R9600/T2 models.

We know that the keyboards are made by different IBM subcontractors in different countries. Some believe those made in Thailand are superior.

I am wondering if there is a similar correlation of quality and country of motherboard assembly. (Final assembly is on the sticker on the base but MB manufacture is silk-screened on the MB itself.)

That is of those experiencing GPU issues only, where was your motherboard manufactured? Please include machine type.

Thank you for reading and considering this message.
