Sadly, Lenovo didn't seem to do so well. They suggested an entire CD/DVD drive replacement as the fix for a disc stuck in the drive.
I've had positive, as well as negative, experiences with Lenovo tech support since my first ThinkCentre, and now, ThinkPad, but this particular suggestion struck me (as well as the reviewer) as a bit oddball...
