Dock and DVI problem

Hi,
I would like to connect my X31 to the TV .
My dock has DVI connection and the TV has DVI and HDI connection.
I downloaded ATI software but I can not see any option to the TV. only has monitor and laptop output in ATI control Panel.
Please advise me to find the way connect X31 to the TV .

The X31 doesn't support DVI, sorry.

What is your dock? I didn't know there is a dvi on x3 mediaslice. Describe in better detail which components do you use. TV connected using DVI will be recognized as a monitor. Did you switch from LCD to external monitor using Fn-F7?

Doesn't matter what his dock is. All Thinkpad docks that have DVI ports just pass through the signal. Since the X31 does not have DVI support, there is nothing to pass through. As a general answer, yes there is a dock that supports the X31 that is not an X3 media slice, but it still does not pass through DVI for the X31.
