FullScreen Magnifier

I see in list of software "Unistall" of Win XP this sw:
ThinkPad FullScreen Magnifier.
I search the .exe, I double clic but NOTHING.
As can I to use this software?

The fullscreen magnifier is started by pressing Fn+SPACE. It's pretty useless, it just let you switch between your current screen resolution and a lower one (so the graphics get bigger).
