some questions concerning tax warranty and ultrabay

first of all, please excuse my bad english
Because of my little handycap i will keep my questions a short.

OK lets proceed to the important part of my post.
1: is it possible to install a version of Windows on a X61 Tablet by using a LG GSA - E60L USB Drive?
2: Does anyone knows if i have to pay taxes or something when i order a notebook at Lenovo US or Ebay US and let ship it to here (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada)
3: Right now i would have no warranty in Germany when i order a notebook at Lenovo. The part number is 7764. But somebody told me that the warranty sooner or later will be expanded to other countries like Germany - is it true?
4: Does somebody have an idea where to get a
X61 Tablet with Multiview and Multitouch
2gigs of Ram
1.8 Ghz
200 GB HD
at the inside of Canada except using the Lenovo shop? So by using this way i could probaly get it faster and maybe with a warranty service which works in Germany.

1. Yes, you would be.

2. Yep, some kind of VAT or tax to the customs.

3. Yes, it's very possible, also happened for one user's X-series thinkpad on this forum.

4. Try calling lenovo to see if they still carry pre-configured models that are covered under full IWS support (look up in tabook for eligible machine types) or check with lenovo's business partners.

2.) I looked into that last November when our dollar was higher. But I remember that it would end up costing a bunch more in taxes, tariffs, custom charges, etc to get it over here that it wasn't worth it.
(Although I ordered an SF Waterbag Sleeve for my X61T and it got here no problem).
