What kind of HDD is in X61/X61s ?

I'm trying to find one info about X61/X61s.
What kind of HDD is in: 2,5" or 1,8"

2.5" SATA drive.

1.8" drive only equipped in X4x series Thinkpads.

If you want more specifics, mine came with the Hitachi Travelstar 7K200 7200rpm hard drive. That is the best hard drive you can buy right now

But if I decide to buy X61s(or wait for X200) then I'll buy UL screen and SSD.
