A way how to acitvate PowerPlay while on A/C (fan problem)

Hey guys,

here's my part in the discussion about the pain-in-the-[censored] fan problem:
I figured out an easy way to activate powerplay while on A/C Power.

If you additionally set frequencies by atitool to 70/70 the fan will turn on not very often anymore. At least for my R51 with Mobility Radeon 9000.

BTW: How stupid can one be to ony cool this small power plant passively???
