I'm selling the original CPU from my ThinkPad 600X. 650MHz Pentium III with SpeedStep on an MMC-2 module. Runs at 500MHz in non SpeedStep machines. There are lots of threads on this forum about upgrading ThinkPads, so look around if you want to know if you can upgrade any particular machine with this CPU.

IBM part number 10L1356. IBM lists it here: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.ws ... IGR-4DQ2BF. Listed only for the 2645-5Fx and -9Fx models.

Intel part PMM65002001AA. Listed in the LARGE PDF here: http://www.intel.com/design/mobile/spec ... 530646.pdf as having 256K L2 cache. 100MHz front side bus. Intel assembly ID PBA 748708-251.

It works great and I offer a non-DOA guarantee. I upgraded to 800MHz so I don't need to keep this one any more.

Identical items are currently selling on eBay for $40 to $65 plus shipping.
