Beep Codes when I upgrade to 93P3313

Am running a home made T4x machine:

93P3307 System Board with 32 Meg Video
SXGA+ Screen
1 GB memory (2- 512MB)

Want to upgrade system card:

Tried 93P3313 System Card with GL-128 (get 1 Long beep 2 Short Beeps and no video.)

Tried a 39T5495 (same specs as the 93P3313), same results (get 1 Long beep 2 Short Beeps and no video).

Put the 93P3307 back, all works well.
HMM says 1 Long beep 2 Short Beeps and no video is 1. System Card, 2. LCD panel, 3. DIMM.

Swapped DIMM, LCD works fine with original board (93P3307).

Am I doing something wrong, or do I in fact have 2 bad GL-128 boards.

Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like bad motherboards.

I'd concur that you have two dead M/B's there......
