X31 Memory Question- 1x1GB SODIMM + 1x256 MB SODIMM

I have an X31. I have 512 MB in 2 x 256 mb. I was thinking about getting a 1 gb SODIMM and replacing one of the 256 mb leaving me with 1.25 Gb. Is there any problem with running it with this configuration.

I'm currently running 1.5gig on my X31 with no problems. Works great! You should have no problems with 1.25gbs. :)

I'm running 1.25g configuration on mine with no problem.

that's OK. 1024M+256M RAM in X31.
