T23 won't power up with good battery

I have a T23 that runs fine on AC power, but gets no power at all from a fully charged battery. I have tried different batteries, same result, and have used the same batteries in another T23 with no problem. Any ideas? Is this likely a motherboard problem?

Here are a couple of threads with solutions to battery charging/running problems. Checking the fuse and checking for loose inductors are the most common cause of batteries not powering the TP. Most likely, the T23 isn't charging the battery either. You must be charging them in another TP, yes?

Thanks for the reply. Some interesting info in the threads you referenced. I will take a look at potential fuse problems. As I stated in my original post, the battery (and I have tried more than one) is fully charged, but I get "no" power at all when I press the power button. The only way it will power up is with the AC adapter connected.

I'll be in your neck-of-the-woods Friday. At least, as far as Bonita Springs, visiting family. My wife's dad had hip replacement surgery a few months back and we all but were living at Naples Community Hospital.
