I have an aged X20 that was working fine, and then one day, the little "moon" light came on, and won't allow me to boot.
I've removed the hard drive, battery, memory, and little battery next to the memory, then replaced them all.
When I plug in the power supply (which I tested, and it is returning the correct voltage still), I see the charging light, and the "moon". Nothing I do changes this. I have pressed and held the power button for minutes at a time, with no change.
It looks and feels like the machine has simply died.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks -- Ken
