x40 keeps on dying: PCI resource conflict

Hi guys,

can someone please help me!
my x40 keeps on freezin, reseting itself, sometimes the boot timing takes forever, and usually immediatelly aftre it resteted itsfelf i get a bios eror:

"ERROR
Resource Conflict - PCI Network Controller in Slot 01
Bus :02, Device 02, Function: 00"

after checking in the SystemProperties i realised it it the wireless, atheror adapter, it matches the slot,bus, device, function.

does this means the wireless card is dying? or might there be something else? the laptop is still under warranty, though the atheros is obviously an upgrade...

wht do you think?

Remove the card and see what happens.

hi there,
i changed the card with the intel one and still the same. it drove me nuts...it still does, from time to time it freezes, and at the boot i get the error.
could it be related to the SP3?
