Bluetooth device listed in Device Manager but doesn't work?

Bluetooth device is listed in device manager as "thinkpad bluetooth with enhanced data rate" and it can be turned on and off through "Fn + F5".

But the bluetooth control panel shows no bluetooth device and no other bluetooth device can detect the laptop. Can anyone help me fix bluetooth?
