Has anyone been able to get their card reader to work in Gutsy? I am having problems.

My reader worked perfectly when I installed Ubuntu 8.04. What is the distro you're using?

Gutsy. What brand is your reader?

I think it may be the Sony memory stick I'm using. SD cards give less of an issue from what I've read. I have a new camera and card (SD) coming later this week. Hopefully it will work.

If anyone's got a Sony card to work, please post your experience.

Thanks!

My card reader is made by Texas Instrument. The vendor ID is 104C and the dev is 803B. I've only tried using an SD and xD card in it. Both times I didn't have any problems. I would try using a memory stick to test it out, but I don't have one. Hope you find a solution.
