T30 battery life

Battery life on my T30 is absolutely horrible, are there any extended life batteries out there for my T?
Thinkpad X-41 Tablet 1869 CSU- 1.6GHz
Thinkpad T-42P 2373 GUU-2.1 GHz; 2 GB RAM; Mini-dock

I've always considered myself lucky to get 2 hours of battery runtime on my T30, 3 hours with the Ultrabay battery.

I'm not aware of any "extended life" internal batteries, just external battery pack solutions.
