My T30 cannt power on!

Recently, my Thinkpad T30 didn't work properly when starting up.
There is nearly only one successful startup in every ten tries. Now it is entirely down. The only symptom is 1-3-3-1 short beeps. Anybody can help me? Have you ever met such problem?
