RAM compatibility

Hi there! i was looking at the Corsair 512MB PC2700 64x64 DDR SO-Dimm 200Pin - Model #CM64SD512.

And i was hoping if you kind folks could give me some sound advice on this stick of RAM.

1. Is this compatible with IBM's T41p?
2. If not what other modules would you recommend?
