How's the T61 Doing Right Now?

I'm thinking of skipping the T400 (and its delays) and just getting a T61 while the price is insanely low. Any comments?

I have a T61p with a 4:3 screen that was a good price and which seems to work well. I have only now to pick a workable OS. At this point amongst all the currently available PC operating systems of every possible flavour, the only one that runs everything I need is XP Pro. That is probably where I will land. ... JDH
