320GB 7200 - Anyone tested one of these?

#1 Post by gaphic2 » Thu May 29, 2008 5:35 pm

Fujitsu, Hitachi, and Seagate have all announced 320GB 7200rpm laptop hard drives, and they have appeared in a few new notebooks.

Has anyone put one of these in a Thinkpad yet?

Watch this space...They're currently shipping to bug OEM's only, as soon as NewEgg or owc or someone manage to get some I'll buy one - my 160GB is full all the time (lot's of virtual machines)

The Seagate one is an option with a Dell XPS M1730, for example.
