Building a computer.....Need Help!!

I need to know if this processor and this motherboard are compatible with each other.


if it isn't, what CPU will be good for that motherboard? The PC is for my step-dad who just checks his e-mail, and uses word 98, so it doesn't have to be a monster, hence the low priced equipment.
