WTB Memory for a R30

I have a R30-2656-22U that I need some memory for. I would like to get 512 but would settle for 256. I want to run XP if possible. It doesnt matter if it split between two sticks or one.

I have a leftover single 512MB PC133 Micron SODIMM from one of my R30's. I'll ship it for $55. Let me know if you're interested.
