FREE - Some kind of TV out cable

Cleaning out the "closet," came across what appears to be a TV out cable. One end has the three RCA video, L/R audio and an S video. The other end looks like what I remember a floppy drive connection for the 600 series, which I no longer have any of. There is no FRU or any other kind of model designation that I can see.

On closer inspection and thought, I think this cable might for video IN rather than video OUT. The laptop end of the cable looks like the end from a 600 series floppy which would be input, huh!
