sloshed coffee on my screen - how to clean?

this morning I sloshed coffee on my LCD. I don't think the coffee was that hot.

I used a mixture of 1/2 water 1/2 rubbing alcohol to clean.

there is a kind of faint mottled look to the area where the coffee went. it only really shows up when the sceen is white or a light color.

how do I get rid of this? apply some more cleaner? I'm afraid to scrub too much.

Try the Clorox disinfecting wipes. I use them to clean all surfaces of the laptop, and they seem to get a lot of (invisible with the naked eye) dirt off.
