Can't figure this one out. Is it the PCIe capable slot needed?

What model Dock II is this and what manufacturer/model card is it? This one has a PCI slot. If your SATA card is PCIe, it won't work.

FRU 67P9010 Dock II 2877-10U

SATA II card is PCI, not express, and made in China as the SYBA SD-SATA2-2E2I PCI SATA II Controller Card.

I finally got the adapter into the dock but the during the next reboot, I had what must've been a serious contention for IRQ 11. In the device manager, the CMD Controller and my PCMCIA USB2.0 controller both showed with a (?).

I rebooted again to what I thought was a botched BIOS, but I'm slowly working my way through that excitement.
