Changing Keyboard Language - Anything I need to know?

I'm changing my T60 US keyboard for a UK one. Any useful tips would be much appreciated. (I've seen the video guide, but if there's anything anyone had wished they'd realised before they started to change a keyboard that would be useful).

Also, obviously I change the language setting on the OS, but is there anywhere else I need to change the settings - and do I need to download anything to do this?

Just checking it's as straightforward as I'm assuming it is before I start.

I always install English versions of Windows, and get the US keyboard driver. It's easy to add the Norwegian one and delete the US. You only do it one place. No downloads neccesary for me.
