I would rate the overall condition as 9+. There are a few superficial marks on the lid, a few on the bottom and just a hint of shine on the spacebar. The LCD is near perfect.

The recovery partition is intact, I burned the R&R disks and they are included.

Office 2007 was installed when I got the T60, it appears to be a legal version and is activated. No disk(s) are included, only because I don't have them.

90w AC adapter is included.

This is a great FlexView LCD model, very nice spec's. It happens to be the exact model that I use as my main rig.
