R50e Product Recovery

Hi
I have just formatted my disc
I boot from Product Recovery Disc
Choose Restore to factory Content
asked to insery my 6 CDs
after the last one it ask to reboot to finish the task
and then after reboot i am back in the rescue and recovery console
what have I done wrong?
