X31 Artifacting

I'm here hoping this is a correctable issue.

Yesterday my X31 started giving off very small forms of artifacting. Just little pixel irregularities and such. Now today it's gotten alot worse. The cursor is never rendered correctly, either it's a static-type block or the cursor with little multicolored lines below it. While using Firefox my entire screen will gradually fill with defects until I minimize or close the window. My CPU normally maxes out at 65c and it's never displayed these problems until now.

What would you guys suggest to fix this? Is it fixable?

Try using lower level of video acceleration in desktop properties > resolution > advanced > troubleshooting. The symptoms look like failing chipset/board.
