RAID in ThinkPads using that.... Is it possibile

Hi,

I found that CF-to-IDE-DUAL 2,5"

Tomorow will add pics showing that 2 CF cards are visible in BIOS as separate HDDs

So , my question is: Is is now possibile to set up RAID 0

In my theorey YES , but cant be sure that.

could be, because the IDE channel has relatavely high transfer rate upper limits. I guess the real problem is if these CFs are really capable of high transfer rates themselves.

As far as I know from well informed sources, the W700 will have 2 hard drives that can be set up in a RAID configuration. Similar to HP's workstation notebooks...
