X21 stiff stick

I recently bought two X20 and one X21. I love the X20 very much - quiet and cold. The X21 runs significantly hotter (still cold compared to other laptops) and, the most disappointing part, the trackpoint stick is very stiff. So stiff, I cannot use it, while it is a really joy to use the same thing on my two X20 - very sensitive.

I swapped the keyboards between X20 and X21, the X21 with X20 keyboard now works very well but the X20 with the X21 keyboard now becomes very slow and stiff. So the X21 keyboard is the problem.

Are all X21 like this or I happened to get a broken one?

It sounds like a keyboard problem, get another. I would say all X21's are not like this. It is a defect.
