Fresh install of vista business

Hi,

Purchased a r61li with vista business. The laptop seems a little sluggish which could be due to all the applications that are installed out of the box.

Would like to start from scratch.

No DVD / CD of vista is provided with the laptop but the people who sold it suggest the files are stored on the laptop which can be burned and used.

Can anyone point me to where I will locate vista on the computer so I can burn it to DVD.

If the machine came from the factory with Vista installed then, there is likely a "hidden" recovery partition on the hard drive. Using the blue Access IBM button will point you to the DVD creation feature.

Rather than go thru all that, why not just try some simple adjustments to Vista to speed it up?
