I posted a while ago about how my USB Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 didn't hotplug anymore in the top USB port didn't work after installing SP2, but other USB devices did, and the mouse WOULD work if it was plugged in when I booted up.
Well, I just discovered that it hot-plugs fine, IF I plug it in really quickly. Inserting it carefully and deliberately doesn't cut it, seems like it's all in the wrist. Weird, but whatever.
