T42 to T43 body

hello all,
i have my company's T42 (with all the sticker's, etc) and i know that sooner or later it's going to be disposed off. i have searched for long and now i can get sunken T43 WITH fingerprint reader. i would like to put working mainboard of my T42 to that T43 body and return T42 body with T43 sunken mainboard. is it possible? I have never rebuilded a laptop PC on my own (only some pics from the internet), but i have experience in assembling desktop PC's.
