R50e fixing close lid, and body (Pics)

Hello,

1. On my r50e, little plastic that presing close lid switch is broken.
Close lid switch is working ok when I press it with pencil.
Can you suggest me way to fix that plastic part that is missing?

2. There is also smal crack on plastic body, shoud I try to glue it?

My R51 has the same piece broken off. I glued a small piece of plastic to replace it.

As for the crack, remove the palm rest and apply super glue on the back side. After the glue is on, wiggle the crack so the glue flows into the crack.

R51 repair (75KB file)

That was actually two pieces. The top piece was too short so I add a piece on the bottom as well. Works fine now.
