Not until now
. I think I've seen some Turkish distros, and heard good things about others, but I can't say anything about this one. It's possible that originating outside those countries where "intellectual" property (as if there could be such a thing, but that's another story) is not so much of a concern, this distro may have features that are more likely to work with certain hardware. I'm not saying that it is that way, but it may be interesting to explore.
I feel more like I do now than I did when I got here.

There's another fact to be considered, and that is that in such countries people deal with older hardware not out of sheer passion, but out of necessity...you'll find a bunch of "local" distros all over Eastern Europe, and most of them are actually quite good...
